What is a podcast?
A podcast is like a radio show, but delivered over the Internet. It’s possible to listen to any of our episodes right here on www.invinoveritaspodcast.com, any time you like.
That in itself is pretty cool, but the real joy of podcasts is subscribing. When you subscribe to the In Vino Veritas Podcast, your computer or mobile device will automatically download each episode when it is released, so it’s there waiting for you.
How do I subscribe to a podcast?
Ok, so how does subscription work? There are two popular ways to subscribe: using Apple iTunes, or using a podcatcher.
How to subscribe to a podcast with iTunes
If you have the Apple iTunes software installed on your computer, you can use its search feature to find the podcast you want to subscribe to. Alternatively, simply click the ‘Subscribe with iTunes’ link many podcast website provide. For example ours is here:

Simply click on the link and follow the instructions! If you’re having any trouble subscribing with iTunes, try looking at Apple’s support pages.
How do I subscribe to a podcast using a podcatcher?
A podcatcher is a piece of software that can automatically download podcast episodes to your PC so you always have the latest episode ready to copy to a phone or media player, or to listen to on your PC: even when you aren’t connected to the Internet.
There are many podcatching programs to choose from. If you’re not sure which to choose, have a look at the free Juice or gPodder podcatchers.
Once you have your podcatching software installed, you just need to add our podcast feed to it, which you can find here:
